A coupon for $5 off your next purchase will print out at the register and you will get $20 via mail-in rebate. All purchases must be made in a single transaction. The $5 coupon expires 2 weeks after the date of purchase. Limit one $5 coupon per transaction. The $20 rebate form will print at the register. Allow 6-8 weeks for shipment of the rebate check after submission. Limit one rebate per address/household.
