"TUESDAY TIP"

Every Tuesday, I will share a tip that may help you in your money-saving adventures! One question I am asked quite often is "How do you keep your coupons organized?" I have tried everything under the sun from my pocket, to my purse, to envelopes, to an index card box, to Ziploc bags, to a big binder, and the one method that has worked best for me is the Couponizer.

The Couponizer has pockets to organize your coupons in the way a typical grocery store is layed out. It also comes with a pouch to carry it in and compact scissors to cut your precious coupons out! To make sorting easier, it also comes with a pre-sorting mat so you can sort out your coupons before putting them into the individual pockets.

My favorite part of the Couponizer is the pocket that you can put the coupons you plan to use on your shopping trip that is next to the pocket for the coupons that you are using. So, when you are at the store, as you put things in the cart, you just take the coupons for those items and move them to the "Checkout" pocket. So, once you get to the register, you just have to pull out the coupons from the "Checkout" pocket and hand it to the cashier! No more lost coupons or forgotten ones in your pocket or purse!

Some other things that come with the Couponizer are the shopping list with a place for you to check off if you have a coupon for that item. There is also a CoupTracker that helps you keep track of the savings you get from using all of those coupons! You would be surprised at how quickly your savings add up - even from the smallest of shopping trips. I think it is definitely one of the best investments I have made!
