Happy 2010 Everyone!

Happy 2010 to everyone! I know we're into the second full week of January and I hope you are all getting into the groove of the New Year after the hustle and bustle of the holidays.

I apologize for being missing in action (or not in as much action) for the past couple of months. As some of you may already know, my family and I have been dealing with a loved one who has been in the hospital with a rare infection and so our time has been focused on being with them and trying to help them through this difficult time. My priorities had to shift and be focused on my family and my household. I have been lucky enough to have a network of people to help out with posting some of the deals during this time.

My resolution/commitment in 2010 for My Chicago Mommy is to continue to make it better so that you, the readers, will continue to be able to save lots of money for your households! I'm getting back on track with the wonderful things we started in 2009!
