Yesterday was my birthday so I decided to enter this contest to win a pass to the Blissdom '10 Conference. What better way to celebrate! Here are the other reasons I would like to attend Blissdom '10:6. December and January were tough months for my family because we spent most of it in the hospital helping a loved one who is ill. We didn't get much of a holiday, so this would be a belated Christmas gift!
5. It's my birthday so this would also be a belated birthday present! With four kids and a husband at home, it makes it difficult to "escape" or afford attending all of the conferences I would like to attend, so this would really be a great opportunity!
4. I am a big Country music fan and it has been one of my dreams to go to Nashville, the heart of Country music, and to see Opryland. My husband has been to Nashville quite a few times for work and absolutely loves it there!
3. I enjoy listening to Harry Connick, Jr.'s music, who will be performing at Blissdom '10.
2. I love meeting new people. Blogging has changed my life tremendously and has shown me how it can help other people and can bring people together. It will be nice to meet in person those who write for blogs that I read and it will be nice to meet the people involved with the conference helping all of us become better bloggers.
1. I LOVE the My Chicago Mommy readers! They deserve the best and I want to strive to give them the best. By attending Blissdom '10, I hope to become a better blogger with all the tips I'll learn from the keynote speakers and the attendees!
