One of our favorite meals in my household is when my husband cooks Hillshire Farm Sausages. They are so delicious and so filling! He doesn't even have to add much to them for us to gobble them up. So, when I was given the opportunity to share a year's worth of Hillshire Farm Sausage to three lucky readers, I jumped at the chance! I'm sure you will love them as much as my family does.
Here's a recipe Hillshire Farm shared for Crustless Quiche:
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 45 minutes
Makes: 12 servings
Ingredients:
1 pkg. Hillshire Farm Beef Smoked Sausage
8 eggs, lightly beaten
1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
1 1/2 teaspoons dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 1/2 cups (6 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese, divided
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
Directions:
1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees Farenheit. Cut sausage into 1/2" cubes; set aside. Place eggs, cream, dry mustard, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl; whisk until smooth.
2) Stir in sausage, 1 cup of cheese and green pepper. Pour egg mixture into a greased 13x9-inch baking dish.
3) Bake 40-45 minutes or until eggs are set. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
