Look for this Snapple Rebate Offer

Be on the lookout at your local stores. Snapple has a rebate tear pad for a free 6 pack of their all natural tea.

I have not found a link for a printable form, if you do send it my way so we can all use it.

The form says:
For a full refund of the purchase price of any Snapple 6 pack (up to $6.99), mail the following to the address below.

1- This rebate form
2- Your original receipt
3- The UPC Code cut out from the bottom of your Snapple 6 pack

Receipt must be dated before 7/7/10 and postmarked by 8/1/10.
