You're invited to attend the 1st ever McDonald's "Moms Nutrition and Wellness Workshop" for a dinner and discussion about fun and simple ways for families to stay active and eat well on the go. A registered dietitian will talk about how balance, variety, moderation and physical activity can easily be incorporated into your everyday life. In addition, there will be a presentation on a healthy lifestyle message for children and families, 5-4-3-2-1-Go!™. You'll also receive an exclusive opportunity to spend an afternoon with fitness expert and media personality, Andrea Metcalf. More details on this opportunity will be made available at the workshop being hosted by the McDonald's Owner/Operators of Chicago and Northwest Indiana.
It will be held on Wednesday, May 26th from 7 to 9 PM at McDonald's, 200 Skokie Boulevard in Northbrook, IL. The event is free and includes dinner. To reserve your spot, contact Alaina at (847) 567-5719 or via e-mail at alaina.freeman@porternovelli.com. The event is being hosted by Mark and Jennifer Freeman, Northbrook McDonald Owner/Operators.
