About a month ago, I was invited to attend a dinner with My Blog Spark at Ben Pao in downtown Chicago. The food was delicious.  Afterwards, we were given fortune cookies and asked to open them up.  Much to our surprise, the fortune cookies said that we had been eating Wanchai Ferry entrees, and NOT Ben Pao entrees!  We were all truly surprised!  So, they really did prove to us that Wanchai Ferry IS restaurant-quality since we all thought we were eating meals prepared from Ben Pao's menu.

We were given some coupons to try out the frozen entrees at home.  So, I chose the Beef & Broccoli entree and my family absolutely loved it!  Not only was it convenient and easy to cook, it even came with the rice (all the ingredients you needed).  Especially for families that are so busy these days, it's great to have an alternative to fast food.
