Target - Possible Notebooks For Only $0.03

Okay so you know your kids are going to need more of these this year or even tons of them next year...now is the time to STOCK UP!  Courtney saw this deal at Target last night and they had TONS and TONS of them.  You can get either 1-subject college ruled or wide ruled notebooks for .03 each!  Now each Target store might be different, so you can call ahead before heading out to see if your Target store has this deal going on.
