In addition, you can complete the survey from that receipt (look at the front of the receipt for the phone number to call or the website address for the survey). Once you complete the survey, you will receive a code for a FREE entree when you purchase a 2-Entree plate. Write down this number in the box on the back of your receipt. Present it as a coupon for the next time you eat at Panda Express.
When we visited Panda Express, we purchased the gift card, received our free 2-Entree Plate, completed the survey on the receipt, and then purchased another 2-Entree Plate, received a free entree with it, and paid with our gift card! So, we received a total of 3 entrees and chow mein and we still have money to spare on the gift card!
Keep in mind that these gift cards also make great gifts!
